Witness the German-made SW-Motech Pro Daypack II Quick-Lock Tankbag. The Bags-Connection second generation EVO Daypack II Quick-Lock Tankbag is a small 5 to 9-liter tankbag that locks to a subtle bracket that installs to pre-existing threaded holes in the motorcycle’s gas cap. It actually looks pretty good on the bike. This bag includes a large external lid pocket. The Daypack II can be removed without a key, does not interfere with gas cap operation, and does not contact the tank, preventing tank scratches that are typical of magnetic tankbag applications. The Pro Daypack features the innovative new SW-Motech Quick-Lock/Quick Release gas-cap mounting system. No straps.. no magnets.. no adhesive panty strips. Pull one pin and the bag lifts off the bike. For the most part, the bag hovers over the tank with about 1/4" clearance so there's fewer worries about scratching your paint. The tankbag is constructed of a highly water resistant thermomolded EVA nylon material and uses Gore water-sealed zippers.

A rain cover is included with each bag for additional moisture protection during heavy downpours. Seams are bound on the inside and stress points are bar tacked. A double zipper & clamshell design offer instant access to all items in the tankbag. The tankbag's position on the tank can be adjusted forward or backward of the tankbag's center by +/- 3.5 inches during installation.. Trust me.. this bag is cooler than freon. Our Type 4 Bag Kit fits K1300R, K1300S, and K1300GT models with 6 screws in a slightly rounded gas cap.
We've had one unconfirmed report that the City Bag is not compatible with bikes that have Heli-Bars installed.

Special Notes: Installation of handlebar barbacks on your motorcycle moves your handlebars closer to the rear of your tank, and may cause the handlebars to interfere with ANY tankbag on some models of motorcycles. Also.. we have determined that while the Type 306 Evo mount kit will fit the BMW K1600GTL / GT there is NOT enough handlebar clearance with the Daypack bag.
