Once again, Pirates Lair is at the forefront of BMW accessory development. We originally designed this adjustable shift lever rod extension for the K1300S crowd (with Quick Shift Assist) who installed footpeg lowering kits and also needed to lower their shift lever linkage. Recently a customer of ours discovered that the piece fits on other late model BMWs as well. Apparently, there are many BMW riders with the same problem looking for ways to drop their shift lever a little more. Enter our adjustable shift lever rod extension.

To date, we've learned that our adjustable shift lever rod extension fits the BMW K1300S, K1300R, K1200R, K1200S, K1600GT, K1600GTL, Grand America, and Bagger. We're assuming this little device will fit many other BMW's. We simply don't have access to other BMWs to find out. Bottom line.. if you can't get your shift lever low enough for your comfort or needs and the oem adjustment screw simply isn't doing it for you... this little device may be what you've been looking for.

Machined out of T-6 Aluminum, this part is custom made for Pirates Lair right here in the USA. Install takes about 20 minutes. Adjustments will take some trial and error, but the difference is worth it. You're welcome.
