Looking for a way to lower the footpegs on your BMW K1300S, K1200S? Need a little more leg room? Feet feel cramped fore and aft? Or just want to rid yourself of those boring, butt-ugly oem pegs? Gaze upon yet another exclusive offering from Pirates' Lair... the SSR K13/K12 Footpeg Relocating Kit. These billet aluminum pegs (which are made here in the USA) are both functional and eye candy. Not only are they infinitely adjustable (see links below) and lightweight, but they come in all sorts of color combinations.

Each footpeg offers two lowering positions with fore and aft positioing as well. Choose between 25mm & 40mm lower than the oem location. The mid position drops the peg 1" lower than stock. The lowest position drops the peg another 1/2" or a total of 1.5" lower than stock. The 12-Hole Pin Lock System (for both the footpeg and cam adjustor) provide an excellent range for personal customization. Also.. if you don't want to lower your pegs, but do want to replace your boring oem pegs, you can mount the SSR pegs in the oem position for a tasty, custom look. (pic at right.) Which is what I did. Footpegs are 75mm in length. Each are finished with a durable anodized coating.

Obviously with all the color combinations I can't keep these in stock. That's why I've chosen to make these a special order item. Basically.. you place the order from this page, then either in the message field or in a separate email, you let me know EXACTLY what color combination you want.. The carrier (the part that bolts to your bike) comes in a highly polished silver or gloss black only. The pegs and mounting plate come in Red, Black, Blue, Gold, Silver. Expect about 2-3 weeks from time of order to delivery. Each kit includes: (1) Left Side Footpeg Kit & (1) Right Side Footpeg Kit. Spare pegs are sold separately should you drop your bike for $40ea + shipping.

Install: *Chimp easy. It's about a 10 minute/ 1 beer job using basic tools.. So easy that they don't even include instructions. Once the kit is installed you will have to adjust your brake and shift lever to accommodate the lower peg positions. This will be a trial and error process, but no special tools or big brain is required.. *Chimp not included.

2009+ K1300S With Shift Assist: If your K1300S has the quick shift assist option, we offer an optional adjustable shift lever rod extension.We have this part custom made by our machinists. We sell this extension as a stand alone item for $25+ shipping. That piece looks like this.. We also offer a shift lever extension and brake lever extension as an option should you need them.. Some do.. some don't.
