Flaws/Imperfections/Warranty: Each piece is checked by a human (we assume) for visual uniformity, but tiny imperfections are common with any Carbon Fiber. It's the nature of the beast, my friends. Don't be surprised if you have to do a little "tweaking" with a Dremel tool to make everything fit properly. And as with any other Carbon Fiber product on the market, warranty is up to the discretion of the manufacturer. Bestem has a 90 days limited replacement warranty.
