Once again, Pirates' Lair is forced to complete what BMW's designers failed to do.. and without their astronomical pay. This easy to install 2 piece kit fits the 98-2005 K1200RS and/or 2002-2005 K1200GT.

These lower frame caps are lovingly produced by Hornig of Germany out of aircraft grade T-6 aluminum and are designed to snap into place with the tap of a rubber hammer or twist of the wrist.

We offer two versions of the Hornig caps. A silver natural anodized finish (pic left) to closely match the 99-2005 frame. Or a polished version for those with the 1998 model K1200RS which is the only year BMW offered a polished frame. Note: The polished version will fit all the K1200RSs..Sold in pairs only.
