lock? Go figure. Hate the looks of those "fugly" license plate helmet locks?
Here's the first design I've seen that I'd put on my own bike. It's the US made Easy Helmet Lock.
The lock and mechanism are made by BMW and comes with 2 keys similar to
your key. Take the new lock to any BMW dealer and they can key it to your
foofoo electronic key.

our K1300S, K1200S, K1300R, K1200R, & R Sport brackets in either Black or Silver (pics
above) to match your frame. The bracket that allows it's mounting on the
bike is produced here in the US by a fellow rider. For your convenience,
we purchase and package the bracket and lock together and sell it as an
easy install kit.
Install time is about
10 minutes and can be done with standard tools. The Easy
Helmet Lock bolts directly to your frame. No mods necessary. Helmet
lock extensions for hanging 2 helmets off the same lock can be purchased
just about anywhere for $3.ea. Got mine from Competition
Accessories. Of course, it goes without saying that your helmet must have some sort of D-Ring for this helmet lock to work. Savvy? |
